Thank you for purchasing digital illustrations from our store. By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Delivery

* Instant Access: All digital illustrations are delivered electronically.

* Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout or made available in your account dashboard.

* Technical Requirement: You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software and internet connection to download and open the files (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PSD, or PDF formats).

## 2. Intellectual Property & Limited License

* Ownership: All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership of the digital illustrations remain exclusively with the artist/creator MoriahS.

* Grant of License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide Personal Use License.

* Permitted Uses: You may use the artwork for personal projects, such as desktop wallpapers, personal social media profiles (with credit), home decor printing, and personal gifts.

## 3. Strict Usage Restrictions

You are explicitly prohibited from doing any of the following:

* No Commercial Use: You cannot use the illustrations to make money, sell merchandise, create advertising, or promote a business without a separate commercial license.

* No Redistribution: You cannot share, resell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or give away the digital files to anyone else.

* No Modification for Resale: You cannot alter, trace, color, or modify the artwork to resell it or claim it as your own creation.

* No AI Training: You cannot use the illustrations to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or image generators.

## 4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

* All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, intangible nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the download link has been generated or accessed.

* European Union (EU) Customers: By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the digital download begins.

* File Corruption: If you receive a corrupted file or experience technical download issues, please contact us immediately for a replacement link.

## 5. Limitation of Liability

* As-Is Basis: The digital products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

* Device Safety: We are not liable for any technical issues, system errors, data loss, or device damage that may occur from downloading, saving, or opening our files.
