Distance selling: right of withdrawal of the consumer.

As of today, 19th of June 2026, a new European law is in action, concerning online sales. Basically, it gives the buyer the right to change their mind during 14 days following the initial sale and being reimbursed, no questions asked.

The problem being that my partner PRINTFUL does not go by this term (and honestly I agree with them on this point). Each print is made on demand, which is awesome for the economy and the management of resources since there is no stock whatsoever. But, it also means that one order = one print. Apparently EU do not think that it might be a problem for the sellers.

I would love to be able to sell worldwide, really, but in those conditions, I cannot support the cost of prints being ordered, then canceled, and having to pay Printful for an order that won't be fulfilled. This is unfair for me, and I do not want to dance that dance.

So, for the time being, no deliveries to Europe and UK.. hasta la vista, baby!
